The problems within the country’s paper industry and the extreme decrease in this industry’s productions which led to the shortage of paper and

an unprecedented rise in its price, caused myriad problems for publications, journals and other users of paper and paper-based products. According to the chairman of “Paper and Cardboard producers Syndicate”, more than 60000 tons of newspaper and 380000 tons of writing papers are being used in the country annually and under normal circumstances, only 30 to 40 percent of this amount can be produced by producers of paper. The current struggle of paper is being controlled by the supportive politics of government and the increase in imports, but what can be done to solve this problem permanently so that it won’t be repeated again?
